If we made a mistake or the garment is defective in any way, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Items that are custom created specifically for you will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Custom created items cannot be resold.
Preprinted or Stock Items
Preprinted or stock items that can be resold may be returned for refund or exchange. All refunds must be returned at your cost and the original shipping amount will not be refunded. All exchanges must be returned at your cost and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for the new items.
Please contact us by telephone (800-449-8774) or email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items. You must contact us within 10 business days of receipt if there is a problem with your order or you want to execute a refund or exchange. After 10 business days, returns will not be accepted.
